What happens to what you tell me

Your enquiry

What you submit is emailed to me and recorded in a private spreadsheet I control, so I can reply and keep track of the conversation. It is used for nothing else. Records are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. I do not sell, share or trade enquiry data, and nobody else has access to it.

Before you share anything confidential

If the useful version of the conversation involves telling me how your business actually works, ask for an NDA first — send yours or ask and I will send a straightforward mutual one. There is no charge and it takes a few minutes. It is better for both of us that you can be candid.

Your rights over your data

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time, by emailing hello@lytheo.com. These rights apply under the UK and EU GDPR, India’s DPDP Act and California’s privacy laws, and I honour them regardless of where you are. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
