Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Last updated 28 June 2026
The plain-English version of how Lytheo works and what to expect. By using Lytheo, you agree to these terms.
What Lytheo is
Lytheo is an independent AI shopping assistant. It compares public product and price information across merchants and gives a neutral recommendation to help you decide. Lytheo doesn’t sell anything and isn’t part of your purchase — that happens with the merchant.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep information accurate, but prices and availability can change quickly, and it comes from third parties. Treat Lytheo as a helpful starting point and confirm the details on the merchant’s website before buying — their listing is always the source of truth.
How AI is used
A deterministic engine decides the recommendation; AI only explains it in plain language and can occasionally be imperfect. Everything here is for information, not professional, financial or purchasing advice. See AI Limitations.
Our responsibility
Lytheo is provided as a helpful tool, as-is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from relying on the information here, including purchase decisions, price differences, or your dealings with a merchant. Your transaction is between you and the merchant.
Merchant names & trademarks
Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales and other marketplace names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Lytheo is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them unless explicitly stated.
Affiliate links
Some links on Lytheo are affiliate links. If you make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never influences our recommendations — the recommendation is always made first, and affiliate relationships are applied afterwards. See our affiliate policy.
Using Lytheo fairly
- Use Lytheo for personal, lawful shopping research.
- Please don’t scrape, overload, or try to disrupt the service.
- Always confirm product details and prices with the merchant before buying.
Changes & contact
We may update Lytheo and these terms; continued use means you’re okay with the changes. Questions? Email hello@lytheo.com.
